3. Data Storage and Removal Policy
Users acknowledge that upon non-renewal or failure to pay any past due invoices:
- Clients will have until their anniversary renewal date to remove all information, pictures, PDFs, links, and any other data from the influencermobileapps.com content management system.
- All information not removed by the specified date will be permanently deleted and will not be recoverable or stored by influencermobileapps.com.
- influencermobileapps.com is not responsible for any loss of data due to the deletion of information after the specified period.
4. User Errors and Messaging Responsibilities
Users assume full responsibility for their actions while utilizing the App, including but not limited to:
- Sending messages or content through our texting platforms or any other communication tools provided by influencermobileapps.com.
- Any accidental messages sent out through the app or any platform associated with our Services shall not be the responsibility of influencermobileapps.com.
5. Password and Security Responsibilities
It is the sole responsibility of Users to maintain the confidentiality and security of their passwords and account information. influencermobileapps.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to secure your information or any unauthorized access to your account. Users are advised to take all necessary precautions to protect their password and account information from unauthorized access.
6. No Data Storage after Non-Renewal
Once a client decides not to renew their Services or fails to make a payment on their renewal date, influencermobileapps.com shall have no obligation to store or keep any data or information associated with that client. Any data associated with the account will be deleted following the non-renewal or non-payment and will not be retrievable.
7. Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where College Athlete Apps, LLC is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
